About Rebecca
Background
I've performed and taught as an opera singer, studied urban design and landscape architecture, worked in real estate development, designed and launched a nutrition bar business, completed doctoral studies in creativity, cognitive psychology and design, and trained and coached participants in Fortune 50 companies through the design thinking and innovation process. I'm passionate about continually deepening my understanding of the creative and innovation processes and synthesizing this into actionable, effective tools for solving complex problems and creating new value.
Hobbies
When I'm not at work, I love spending time in nature, both at the exploratory and wondering pace of my two daughters, aged 2 and 4, and the exuberant and indefatigable pace of my Australian Shepherd, aged 6.
Favorite Things
I love high intensity training, new mental models + visual thinking tools, and dynamic urban environments. These spark creativity and joy.
